Kristen is the founder of KSP Inclusion Solutions, LLC. As an ICF-Certified Professional Coach, she is passionate about helping women in the workplace find the strength, voice, and confidence to identify what they need and how to accomplish it.

With more than a decade of experience in consulting, financial services, and asset management, Kristen’s background spans across strategic people operations, project management, and business development. This experience allows Kristen to effectively understand and support her clients working in high-performance cultures, enabling a deeper professional coaching relationship.

Kristen aims to help her clients achieve their goals and work through self-limiting beliefs so that they walk away feeling empowered to break through any barriers they face for long-term results.
